I requested the product to be delivered in a new unopened box. It was delivered on time and works great. I've ordered these Wahl Massagers from other vendors, they usually come in opened boxes, have been obviously used and don't' work properly. This gummy hair gel was good to use. It holds for hours and hours, but what I can say is after a while the gel goes until crumbs on your edges.
