I’m super embarrassed and want to apologize to VIPbarbersupply about a mistaken bad review for this product that my son made with my name/account (this one), and ask for it to be removed. My son and I share parts/tools and I gave him a rear housing that didn’t work. He thought I bought the rear housing here, but I only bought the front housing here (which was great, 5/5) and dont even recall who gave me that rear housing that didn’t work. My son posted the bad review bc he was angry not only bc it didn’t work but also bc he damaged his clippers when taking everything apart. I’m not excusing him, he should’ve verified first, but I want to remedy the mistake as much as I can by retracting the review, publicly apologizing to VIPbarbersupply as embarrassing as it feels, and noting that I’ve made many purchases from them and they’ve always been great, 5-star products and experiences. To the VIP folks, I apologize as someone who made a mistake and a business owner who have had similar unfair experiences from clients and thank them for always being outstanding. I generally don’t leave reviews online but will do so here in the future to make it up. Since the housing I had (from elsewhere) didn’t work, I’ll order a new one here and leave an objective review. Please remove the previous review for this product made under my name/email and account (can’t tell if you already did given that my account wouldn’t have been verified as a buyer of this product, and but hope you removed it before anyone saw it). To anyone considering ordering something for the first time here, this is a great company I fully recommend. To the company, please accept my sincere apologies.
Loved the organizer and how it helps me set up my station. Only wish it had a bigger sanitizing container for all my combs.
