Q: Why is my credit card being declined?

 A: VIP Barber Supply requires the card owner to provide the exact billing address to be filled out at the time of check out. Even if you format the address differently it may be denied. Please contact us if it continues to deny your payment.

Q: What will shipping cost me?

A: We pay shipping for all orders of $89.99 and over. We reserve the right to choose FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class mail, for any of the 48 states that we ship to for Free Shipping. We also reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping. Please note that some products are not eligible for Free Shipping if they are heavy in weight.

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: GENERALLY, orders received before 9:00 am ET are shipped in 1 - 2 business days. We ship orders in the order they are received. Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. We will however work to ship it as quickly as possible. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 

A: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?

A: Yes! We are a Trust Certified Google Store. All Credit Card payments are processed through checkout systems provided by secure payment gateways. 

Q: Why is my credit card not accepted?

A: Your billing address HAS to match your address that is associated with your credit card.

Q: Are your products new and genuine? 

 A: We only sell new, genuine products in their original packaging.

Q: I didn't receive the item (package is lost), What can I do next?

A: 1) Check that your shipping address is correct.
     2) Check around any accessible doors, mail box or garage. 
     3) Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 3 business               days. 
     4) Contact the carrier. Use your tracking number to start a claim with the                 carrier (FedEx, USPS).

NOTE: Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration! But your package is likely to show up within 3 days of a false scan.

Q: Carrier Returned the package back to sender (I was out of town, unable to sign for my package , or due to an insufficient address), How can I get it re-shipped?

A: 1) If the package is shipped via FedEx, you can track the location of your package on When FedEx is unable to deliver a package due to a signature requirement they will generally attempt twice to deliver. However, if the package is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and will not be held responsible for any re-shipping fees if you would like the package re-sent.

    2) If the package is shipped via USPS, the Post Office will generally notify you when your package has been delivered. If they are unable to retain a signature that is required the package will be returned back to us and will not be held responsible for any re-shipping fees if you would like the package re-sent.

   3) Before checking out, please keep in mind some orders will require a signature. Please make sure all addresses are up to date. The labels on packages are created with the same exact address provided by you on your account. You can update your address on under "My Account." If the package is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and will not be held responsible for any re-shipping fees if you would like the package re-sent. is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered due to a lost package and/or if a signature is required for a package to be delivered. Please track your package and confirm signature requirements. You can schedule delivery times with the carrier at your own expense. USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 2 to 9 business days (For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island customers).
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 – 2 Business Days.
FedEx Home Delivery: Residential delivery in 1−7 business days.
FedEx 2Day: 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses; by 8 p.m. to residences.
FedEx Ground: 1–7 business-days in the contiguous 48 states( 3–7 to Alaska and Hawaii.)
FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses; by 8 p.m. to residences.
APO/FPO: Orders are ship out via Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks + 24-72 hours to process the order.

  • All orders require 24-72 hours processing time before shipping.
  • Only USPS deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday.
  • Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed.
