Q: How can I contact someone if I have a question?

Q: Why is my credit card being declined?

 A: VIP Barber Supply requires the card owner to provide the exact billing address to be filled out at time of check out. Even if you format the address differently it may be denied. Please contact us if it continues to deny your payment.

Q: What will shipping cost me?

A:We pay shipping for all orders $90 and over. Free shipping is via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48 states only.

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: GENERALLY, orders received before 12:00PM ET are shipped in 2-3 business days (if the item is in stock - If the item is temporarily out of stock it will be shipped as soon as it is received).  Some manufacturers import items that occasionally have extended back orders that are beyond our control.  We cannot be held responsible for these backorders and our liability will be limited to issuing an immediate refund at your request for items that are delayed). We ship orders in the order they are received.  Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately. We will however work to ship it quickly.   In most cases your order ships within 2-5  business days.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?

A: Yes! We are a Trust Certified Google Store.

Q: Why is my credit card not accepted?

A: Billing address HAS to match your address that is associated with your credit card.

Q: Are your products new and genuine? 

 A: We only sell new, genuine products in their original packaging.

Q: I Didn't receive the item (I was out of town, busy ,refused)

1)     If the package is shipped via UPS, you can track the location of your package. When UPS is unable to deliver to your address, they will send you a postcard so that you can pick it up or request another delivery. However, if they are unable to deliver, they will then send it back to us.

2)      If the package is shipped via USPS, the post office will notify you when your package has arrived. You may need to pick it up at the Post Office or the carrier may deliver it to your address. If they are unable to deliver to you, they should send the package back to us. And at that time we will then attempt to contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail : Delivery within 2 to 9 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order. (For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island customers)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express : 1 – 2 Business Days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • UPS Ground : 5 to 7 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • UPS 3Day : 3 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • UPS 2Day : 2 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • UPS Next Day Residential : Delivery within 1 business day + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • APO/FPO orders are ship out via Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • All orders require 24-72 hours processing time before shipping.
  • Only USPS deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday.
  • Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed.
  • Order tracking: Please wait for 24 to 72 hours after your package has been shipped for tracking to be updated by email.
