I requested the product to be delivered in a new unopened box. It was delivered on time and works great. I've ordered these Wahl Massagers from other vendors, they usually come in opened boxes, have been obviously used and don't' work properly. It's nice to get a product that is new and works perfect right out of the box. I will be using VIP again. Thank you. - Kevin

I could not believe someone still carried parts for this corded Wahl hair trimmer. The cord is a Perfect match
This gummy hair gel was good to use. It holds for hours and hours, but what I can say is after a while the gel goes until crumbs on your edges.
